The Navigating Your Twenties journal is such a perfect tool for bridging the gap between motivation and inspiration. The beginning of the book prompts you to get really honest about your intentions, things that matter most to you, and visualization of your ideal state. Using this as a foundation, it then allows you to lay out detailed weekly plans (to-dos, expenses, “thrills” for pure enjoyment) with structured check-ins to reflect on progress and identify any room for improvement.
If you’re someone who loves your planner and is committed to self-growth, this is for you!! It’s also such a great gift to give to others :)
I absolutely love this journal. I think the structure and set up of the journal is unlike any of the other journals I have tried as it lays out everything I need in one space. The quality is unmatched as well, since it is a hardcover I have been able to put it in my bag with me and not worry about any of the pages getting bent or ruined while I am out. Seriously the perfect guided journal - everyone should try it out!!!!!
BACKGROUND:
For reference, I am a retired 29-year-old with two year of experience writing this review. Although this journal is a gift for my younger sister starting her master’s, I can’t help but appreciate this multifaceted book before it’s hers.
WHAT MAKES THIS JOURNAL UNIQUE:
-hardcover but not heavy, so it’s practical to take out and about (and durable, too)
-warm and inviting intro that reads like a motivational pep talk
-organized layout that balances structure but personal goals/needs
-weeks are not specific to 2025 necessarily, so this is a great year round gift
-concrete examples that inspire and motivate across several realms of life (e.g. health, finances, interpersonal relationships)
OTHER:
-There’s something for everyone, even those 30+, in this journal.
Asks thoughtful questions to get you started on setting goals and having a great year!! Great weekly framework for small progress and building better habits. Love this guided journal!!
I’ve never been a huge guided journal fan, but THIS one got me super into it! I am 25, a college graduate, currently working in the Bay Area, and was always wondering if I was doing the right thing and heading in the right direction. The world is so much more confusing once there’s no path directly in front of you and this journal makes those fears go away for me. I feel that sense of direction and confidence again and I look forward to setting and completing goals in my daily life.
